To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, the following rules apply to all school bus riders:
- Follow the driver’s instructions at all times. The bus driver has full authority while students are on the bus, including assigning seats when necessary.
- Enter and exit through the front door unless directed otherwise in an emergency. Do not tamper with emergency exits or safety equipment.
- Remain seated with your seat belt fastened whenever the bus is moving. Keep aisles and stairways clear.
- Keep all body parts and objects inside the bus at all times.
- Treat everyone with respect. Bullying, harassment, fighting, pushing, spitting, profanity, discriminatory remarks, obscene gestures, or any abusive behavior is strictly prohibited and is contrary to our Islamic values.
- Weapons or dangerous items of any kind, including laser pointers, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action.
- Do not throw objects inside or outside the bus.
- No eating or drinking on the bus unless approved by the school for a special circumstance.
- Help keep the bus clean. Littering, vandalism, or damaging the bus is prohibited. Parents/guardians are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused by their child.
- Be on time. The bus will wait no more than 5 minutes at scheduled stops.
- Bus Absences: Parents/guardians must notify both the school and the bus driver at least two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time if their child will not ride the bus. least two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time if their child will not ride the

Compliance
Parents are expected to review these rules with their children. Failure to follow these expectations may result in disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent suspension of bus privileges. The school administration reserves the right to address any unsafe or disruptive behavior not specifically listed above.
